Please review the terms below before your delivery and installation.
All sales are final. Because our products are custom-delivered and professionally installed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once installation is complete, except where required by law.
Orders may be cancelled in writing before installation begins. Deposits covering materials, custom fabrication, or scheduling already incurred may be non-refundable. Once work has started, the order is considered final.
We ask that you inspect the completed installation with our team before we leave the site. By signing off on or accepting the completed work, you confirm the installation meets the agreed scope. If you are not present at the time of completion, our team will perform and document a final inspection on your behalf, including photographs of the completed work, and that inspection will serve as confirmation that the work meets the agreed scope.
If a product is damaged in delivery or a defect appears in our materials or workmanship, contact us at info@ecohomies.org within [X] days and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, subject to any applicable manufacturer or workmanship warranty.
